Tatiana Larina

Tatiana Larina, a native of Georgia, studied singing and vocal pedagogy at the University of Stavropol until 2003. Since 2008, Brigitte Eisenfeld has been her mentor in her adopted home of Berlin. She gained her first operatic experience at the opera houses of Kutaisi, Georgia, Rostov-on-Don, Russia and at the Stavropol Regional Theatre of Musical Comedy Pyatigorsk, also in Russia. In 2013 she made her debut in the title role of Donizetti’s Lucia di Lammermoor at the Immling International Music Festival. In 2016 she also enjoyed huge success in the same role at the Opera House Cologne, having already performed Vitellia in La clemenza di Tito and the soprano part in Verdi’s Requiem there. Her repertoire also includes roles such as Fiordiligi, Donna Anna, Violetta, Tatjana, Olympia, Antonia, Giulietta, Manon and Nedda, which she has performed in Bregenz, Québec, Pforzheim and Wuppertal, among others. The soprano regularly gives concerts with the Stavropol State Philharmonic. She was engaged as a guest in residence at the Chemnitz Opera in the 2018/19 season and appeared as Ophelia in Faccio’s Hamlet and as Rosalinde in Die Fledermaus. She has been a member of the solo ensemble since the beginning of the 2019/20 season.
