Georg Streuber

Georg Streuber studied with Prof. Matthias Weichert at the Hochschule für Musik Dresden. He attended masterclasses with Evelyn Herlitzius, Camilla Nylund, and Magdalena Hajossyová. In 2007, he gave his debut as Papageno in Chemnitz, and further opera engagements followed at the Opernfestspiele Bad Hersfeld in 2009, and the Semperoper Dresden (Kleine Szene) in 2010. He won first prizes at the international singing competitions in the Czech Republic and Germany in 2011 and 2012. As a free-lance concert singer, he works with Prof. Christian Kluttig, Hans-Christoph Rademann, Peter Schreier, and others.
