With Rundumadum (Bavarian for &#8220;round and round&#8221;), the Chiemsee-based brass musicians present their all-time Christmas favourites. It is a joyful winter journey, full of atmosphere. And captures the ensemble\u2019s unique sound: the ten musicians usually play their very own adaptations, tailor-made to their full potential, congeniality, esprit, and mastership. Typical &#8220;Grassauer&#8221;, authentic Bavarian folk music, forms the basic concept for Rundumadum. With this distinctive background, the ensemble makes use of instruments from the alphorn to baroque trumpets; they play from chorales to &#8220;The Petersburg Sleigh Ride&#8221;, showcasing their impressive spectrum of musical colours.
