Through the instrumental reduction, inner voices, motivic interconnections and the architectural design emerge with greater clarity. At the same time, the emotional breadth of the original is preserved, without the sonic limitation that can accompany versions with piano alone.<\/p>\n<p>The Junge Kammerchor Rhein-Neckar and the Junge Kammerphilharmonie Rhein-Neckar interpret this concentrated version under the direction of Thomas Kalb with tonal cohesion and interpretative clarity.
